By purchasing, using, or redeeming a gift card, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These conditions ensure the smooth and enjoyable use of our gift card services.

• We offer a range of gift card values to suit your needs:

Custom amount* gift cards (amounts selected by the purchaser).

*The amount for gift cards must be specified within the range of CAD 50 to CAD 500.​

Delivery of Gift Cards

• ​Our gift card is electronic and will be delivered by email only. No physical product will be mailed.

• Once a gift card is purchased, the recipient will receive an email with the subject line:

"You got a gift card from [Your Name]!"

• The email will include the recipient's unique gift card code, which is used for redemption.

• Ensure the recipient’s email address is entered accurately during purchase to avoid delivery issues.

• You can choose delivery date of the gift card for the recipient. 

Redeeming Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed conveniently through the following methods:

• Online Redemption: Click on “Redeem a Gift Card” on our website. Enter the unique gift card code provided in the email to apply the gift card value to your purchase.

• Mobile Redemption: Use the gift card code directly through your mobile device for an easy checkout experience.

If the purchase total exceeds the value of the gift card, customers can pay the remaining balance using any of our available payment methods.
Important Information

• All charges for our gift cards are processed exclusively in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time , ensuring flexibility and convenience for our customers.

• Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced. Keep your code secure!

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with promotional discounts.
