Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Photo Magnet Canada. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service.

 

Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery for your orders.​

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are custom made with care and processed within [1-2] business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be slightly longer.

  • Bulk orders more than 250 pieces may require additional processing time. Please allow extra 2-3 business days for bulk custom orders to be completed.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

We offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time [3-7] business days after shipment.

Flat shipping rate $9.99 for orders under $100  

Free Shipping for orders over $100  

International Shipping: Currently, we just ship to Canada. 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

  • Due to transit times and scarce transportation options, we are unable to ship to Northwest Territories,Yukon and Nunavut.

  • To qualify for free shipping, your pretax total due must be above the required amount.

  • Delivery on Saturday and Sunday not available.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).​

​Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. 

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@photomagnet.ca

Lost and Damaged Packages

  • If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within [2] days. For lost packages, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • However, Photo Magnet Canada is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
